JOIN OUR TEAM

Westmere is growing — and we're hiring.

After twenty-eight years in the same building, we're moving into a larger space in Westmere, New York. With more room comes more hands, more eyes, and more voices. If you've ever wanted to help shape a boutique that's built on quality, longevity, and quiet confidence — read on.

We currently have two roles open.

Content Creator

We're looking for a Content Creator to help tell the Westmere story across social and digital channels. This isn't a role about chasing trends or producing volume — it's about creating considered, beautifully made content that reflects who we are and who we serve: women 40+ who know exactly what suits them.

What you'll do

  • Create photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and our newsletter — product features, styling notes, behind-the-scenes from the boutique, and founder's notes from Emily
  • Write captions and short-form copy that sound like Westmere: warm, personal, grounded — never loud
  • Plan content calendars around our seasonal collections and moving sale milestones
  • Work with our marketing lead to bring campaigns to life visually and tonally
  • Monitor what resonates and refine the approach over time
  • Keep our visual and written identity consistent across every touchpoint

What we're looking for

  • Experience creating content for a boutique, lifestyle, or premium brand — fashion experience is welcome but not required
  • Strong eye for editorial-style photography and short-form video
  • Comfortable with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar)
  • Excellent written English with a feel for tone — you can tell the difference between warm and saccharine, between quiet confidence and hesitation
  • An understanding of how women 40+ actually shop and engage online
  • A portfolio of work that speaks for itself

What you'll get

  • A role with real creative ownership inside a growing boutique
  • A brand that's twenty-eight years in and just entering its next chapter
  • Flexible hours and remote work options
  • Competitive compensation
  • A small team that values craft over speed

Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape Westmere's visual identity as we move into our new space. You'll work on everything from our website and email campaigns to print collateral and packaging — anything that carries the Westmere name.

What you'll do

  • Design assets for the website: banners, landing pages, lookbook layouts, product visuals, and promotional pages
  • Create marketing materials for email, social, and digital ads
  • Develop visual concepts for seasonal campaigns alongside our marketing and content teams
  • Maintain brand consistency across every digital and printed touchpoint
  • Refine and evolve our visual system as Westmere grows — colors, type, layout principles, and the small details that make a brand feel considered

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with boutique, editorial, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A real feel for typography, white space, and editorial layout
  • An eye for the small details that separate considered design from generic e-commerce
  • A portfolio that shows range and restraint
  • Ability to work independently and turn briefs into work that needs little revision

What you'll get

  • Creative ownership over a brand entering its next chapter
  • A say in how Westmere evolves visually over the coming years
  • Flexible hours and remote work options
  • Competitive compensation
  • A team that respects design as a craft, not a deliverable

If you’re ready to bring your creativity to Westmere, we’d love to hear from you.
