We've got you covered with the Westmere-exclusive The Last Pair Promise™. If your frames are ever lost, stolen, or broken, you can submit a claim for a new pair in the exact same style and color as your original purchase. If that color is no longer available, you can choose the same style in a different color. If that style is no longer available, you can choose any pair of equal or lesser value. (Limit: two claims per pair.)
*Customers are responsible for a one-time processing fee of $14 per pair for domestic orders and $25 per pair for international replacement orders. Original orders must include an order number or proof of purchase from Westmere or one of our authorized retail partners. The Last Pair Promise™ does not cover purchases from eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, or any other third party that is not an authorized Westmere retailer.
